Nathan C. Lanter

Nathan C. Lanter, is a partner at the firm of Nelson and Nelson, Attorneys at Law, P.C., received his bachelor degree in biology from Knox College in 1993 and graduated from Drake University Law School in 1997. His practice at the firm focuses on civil litigation in Illinois and Missouri, with an emphasis on representing injured persons.

Nate is a member of the Illinois and Missouri Bar Associations, as well as the St. Clair County Bar Association. Aside from being licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri, he is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Western District of Missouri. He is also a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA). Nate has been a speaker at several seminars regarding workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. Additionally, since 1999, he is has been an adjunct professor teaching Torts I and Torts II in the paralegal program at Southwestern Illinois Collage (SWIC). He is also serves as a board member for a non-for-profit organization in Belleville, Illinois.
