Robert C. Nelson
Robert C. Nelson is a 1970 graduate of the University of Illinois and a 1973 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Nelson limits his practice to representing injured persons. Since 1973, he has practiced in Belleville, Illinois, concentrating his practice in personal injumpery and workers’ consation claims. He works closely with various unions, including the Laborers’ International Local 44,the United Paper Workers’ International Union Local 1215 and the Illinois Education Association.
Mr. Nelson has published many articles on workers’ compensation, and lectured at seminars for theIllinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and theNational Business Institute. His articles and presentations include "Computation of Average Weekly Wage" inWorkers’ Compensation Handbook, published by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; "Current Issues in Workers’ Compensation Law," and "Did You Know These Cases Could Be Compensable?" presented to the ITLA, and "Initial Consideration in Accepting a Claimant’s Case" presented to the Illinois State Bar Association.Contact Robert Nelson
