Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; "Current Issues in
Workers Compensation Law," and "Did You Know
These Cases Could Be Compensable?" presented to the ITLA,
and "Initial Consideration in Accepting a Claimants
Case" presented to the Illinois State Bar Association.

Robert
C. Nelson
is a 1970 graduate of the University of Illinois and a 1973
graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr.
Nelson limits his practice to representing injured persons.
Since 1973, he has practiced in Belleville, Illinois, concentrating
his practice in personal injury and workers compensation
claims.
He works closely with various unions, including the Laborers
